John E. Kelly, Jr., JD, is a highly experienced healthcare fraud attorney who advises and defends companies and executives in criminal and civil government investigations. After a distinguished career as a federal prosecutor managing nationwide healthcare fraud cases, he now serves as the Chair of Barnes & Thornburg's national Healthcare Department and Industry Practice. In this role, Mr. Kelly represents a wide range of healthcare and life sciences clients, including providers, hospitals, labs, pharmacies, drug distributors, manufacturers, and payors, before various federal and state agencies such as the DOJ, HHS-OIG, CMS, FDA, FBI, and DEA.
