Scholar 4
OVERVIEW:
After completing Scholar 7, you should have the basic structure to send your study to your IRB. Once you have obtained IRB approval, you may start your study. The data from this study will prove or disprove your hypothesis. Whichever case, you may wish to submit your results to OMED or other local and national meetings.
Scholar 4 will provide you with the style and floorplan of a proper abstract, poster, manuscript, and oral presentation. Use this series of four lectures for your students, residents, fellows, and attendings towards the mid-academic year or whenever you are ready to submit.
This series can be used for fellow, resident, intern, and student training at the beginning of each year. It can also be used as faculty development within institutions or just taken to learn more about the research process.
