Ray L. Morrison, DO, FACOS, DFACS

Ray L. Morrison, DO, FACOS, DFACS, is an accomplished osteopathic surgeon with a diverse career. After earning his DO degree and completing a general surgery residency, he practiced in Texas for 25 years before transitioning to academic and leadership roles, including serving as the founding Dean of two osteopathic medical schools. Throughout his career, Dr. Morrison has been deeply involved with the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association, holding numerous leadership positions, including serving as Speaker of the AOA House of Delegates for the last 11 years. He has also served on various local, state, and national committees, providing organizational leadership within the osteopathic profession. Additionally, Dr. Morrison has a background in the U.S. Army, having served as a medic during the Vietnam era.

Sean Neal is the Vice President of Advocacy and Political Affairs with the American Osteopathic Association and has more than fifteen years of political and advocacy experience. Sean currently runs the Osteopathic Political Action Committee as well as heads the AOA’s grassroots programs on both the state and federal levels.
